Joe Fosbinder, DO, FAAEM, FACOEP, FAARM
Doctor
Dr. Fosbinder is a double board-certified physician in both Emergency Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.He grew up in Nebraska and completed his undergraduate education at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with additional studies in Theology.He went on to attend medical school at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. Following medical school, Dr. Fosbinder completed a four-year residency in Emergency Medicine in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and has been practicing for over 20 years.
After many years in emergency medicine, Dr. Fosbinder recognized a critical gap in healthcare—patients were often treated only after their conditions had progressed to emergencies. Driven to address the root causes of chronic disease, he pursued advanced training in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, ultimately becoming board-certified in this field as well.Today, Dr. Fosbinder focuses on increasing LIFEspan while maximizing HEALTHspan. He offers proactive, preventative care—helping patients optimize their health, improve longevity, and avoid the progression of chronic illness.

Office Manager
Adela Carrasco joined The Practice in September 2022. Her background with the Kern High School District helped to create Adela’s positive attitude and attention to detail. With an Associates in Accounting, she works hard at making the business side of the practice run. She takes great pride in her work and in her family. Her daughters are an important part of her daily life and she thrives on being a loving grandma. She works hard and puts in the extra time and dedication required to learn the important details that make patients feel at home.
